No Refunds on Personalized Digital Services
Due to the customised planning and digital nature of our services, All purchases of 30 Days Plan are non-refundable once your meal plan has been generated and delivered to your dashboard. This is because the plan involves nutritionist time, customised planning, and personalised work prepared specifically for you. By purchasing our service, you acknowledge and agree that customized digital products cannot be returned or refunded after delivery.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases involving verified service-delivery failures on our end, such as prolonged website outages, or technical issues that prevent access to the purchased service, refund or plan extension requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management's sole discretion.

90-Day Transformation Package
Clients enrolled in the 90-Day Transformation Package under the "Pay for 2 Months, Get 1 Month Free" offer may request cancellation after completing the first 30 days of service. In such cases, a refund may be provided only for the unused paid month, while the complimentary month included in the offer holds no refundable value.
Any refund request must be submitted before the start of the unused service period and will be subject to verification and approval by our support team.
